Okay folks
Attached is the tour proposal for Cam & Ray’s 2018 #DBAC EUROPE TOUR.
We’re calling it the “#DBAC” tour because we’ll be holding daily information and training sessions about how you can avoid BAC in your daily lives. All taken from the pages of dusty history books, of course.
At this stage, it’s looking like it’ll be roughly between AUD $6,000 and $8,000 per person for the trip (again, that covers travel and accom and a few museums once you arrive in Paris – you have to get yourself to Paris and then home again from Athens), and once we get confirmed deposits, we can nail all our suppliers and hotels down and get locked in rates.
Please take a week (let’s say until 5pm Friday Jan 12 Brisbane) to decide whether you can confirm or not (organise leave with work, get permission from your spouse, etc), then say 3 or 4 days after that to make a deposit to firm up your interest.
We’re aiming to have deposits finalised for all travelers by 19 January. Deposit will be between 30 or 50% of the expected tour cost.
Please complete this google doc as soon as you can confirm.
Adam from Flight Centre will then get in touch with everyone who completes it as a yes, coordinate the taking of deposits, finalise costs and let everyone know what the costs will be.
Once that has been finalised, we lock in all accommodations and transportation.
