No, Hitler could never win the war for two reasons one the USSR was war too to big and just as ruthless lead and had a massive man power advantage. They might have done much better in Russia if Hitler didn’t interfere all the time and left it up to his generals. Even if they had taken Moscow ans forced the red army retreat east, not matter how well things went in the East the Americans would have Nuked the crap out of them in August ’45. End of war!
